Via our website, you can buy credit from a provider. The conditions set by the provider apply to the use of the credit.
If you buy credit, you will receive a digital code for that credit from us. The provider is the actual supplier of the credit or service and an agreement is created between you and the provider when you activate the credit. Rapido is the intermediary. The provider is responsible for the possibility to actually make use of the credit. We select our providers carefully.
The description of the goods from the various providers on our website are as accurate as possible. Any mistakes or errors in the description of the offer and / or in the images shown are not binding and do not lead to any liability of us and / or the provider.
The offer on our website contains all information and costs associated with buying the credit by making use of our services, including additional costs, such as service costs for the services that we provide to you.
We do not allow abuse or fraud
Abuse or fraud (including unlawful use of a payment method, theft, fraud, embezzlement or otherwise) is actively tracked by us. All purchases of credit via our website, may be checked for abuse or fraud and for this purposes we work together with third parties. As soon as we suspect or discover abuse or fraud, we will refuse an order of credit and we do not issue a digital code to you.
In case of suspicion of unlawful use, we can ask you for a copy of a valid proof of identity and a copy of a bank statement and/or other documents. After this extra check we can decide to provide you with a digital code for credit, but we are not obliged to do so. We take these measures in order to keep the process of buying credit through our website safe for you.
Credit can be safely and securely purchased via our website. If you have purchased the credit, you will receive an e-mail and on request also a SMS with your digital code. You will receive the digital code by email so that you can immediately start to use the credit. In addition, the digital code can also be shown directly on your screen. Therefore, please make sure that you provide us with your correct data: the correct e-mail address and mobile number.
Online instantly – code direct
Once you have received your digital code, you can immediately start to use the credit.
Because you can make use of the code instantly, we may ask you in the ordering process on our website to agree to direct delivery of the digital code and therewith immediate start of the contract and to waive your right of withdrawal.
Products for which the legal reflection period of 14 days for consumers applies, are indicated on our website. You can use the standard right of withdrawal form or contact us online via the FAQ our customer service or let us know in a different way through an unambiguous statement. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will refund all costs within 14 days after we receive the product from you.
Be aware of abuse of your code
Note, the code represents digital value (a digital good) that can be used immediately and the digital code is not protected. You can start using the code instantly after receipt. Note that also somebody else can start that immediate use of the digital code when provided access to that code. Keep the code for yourself and do not share it with others. We cannot prevent abuse, but helping to watch out together helps.

We trust you to have provided us with your correct contact details. We use your email address and telephone number to provide you our digital code for the credit. We also use your email address for maintaining contact with you, which includes sending you promotions, newsletters and other offers that we think might be of interest to you.
We have tried to make topping up and buy credit from a provider with us as easy as possible. Do you nevertheless have a question about our services? Our customer service will be happy to help you. We will try to resolve any question within 2 business days. If we do not succeed within this period, we will notify you. If a digital code does not work, we will try to help you the best we can.
Do you have a question about the services of a provider? We advise you to first contact the provider, who will then try to find a solution with you. Does the provider not come up with a solution? Do you have a complaint? And were we not able to help you? You may always submit your complaint to the European Dispute Commission via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are prepared to participate in this dispute resolution regulation.
